  Definitions "Library": the images and information held by and included in the internet library (www.locationpartnership.com) or database of the Agent “Property": the premises made available for hire "Agent": Location Partnership Ltd, i.e. the appointed agent of the Property owner or representative "Hirer": any company or individual using the services provided by the Agent
"Owner": the individual or company which owns or lrepresents the Property
"Charges": library fees, booking fees and or any commission which may be chargeable by the Agent to the Hirer and/or Owner
"Production": the use of a Property by the Hirer, whether for the purposes of filming, photography, or any other kind of event.
“Location Hire”: the hire, when agreed by formal contract, of a Property for a Production.
“Recce”: the visit of a Hirer to a Property to determine its suitability for the Production.
Location Partnership Ltd provides location services: the offer of these services to you is conditional upon your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Business. Your use of the Location Partnership website, www.locationpartnership.com, and Library constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our website or other services. Data Protection Location Partnership Ltd maintains a database the level of which is not legally subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. However all of its principles are adhered to and we make every reasonable effort to ensure the security of the Owner's details. Names, addresses and contact details of any Property will only be give out to the Hirer with the express permission of the Owner. The Agent or Owner reserve the right to demand proof of identity from the Hirer prior to the release of any information regarding a Property and prior to any Recce. An Owner may, at any time, withdraw all photos and personal details from the Library and any databases held by Location Partnership Ltd. Copyright and licence Images downloaded from the Location Partnership website and/or any other material supplied to the Hirer by the Agent may be used for reference only, and may be printed for non-commercial use only. Users of the service may NOT reproduce, publish, copy or transmit any section of the Library or other supplied materials in any way, without the Agent's prior permission. Users may NOT edit or alter any images supplied, or downloaded from the Library. All images and information supplied are copyright Location Partnership Ltd, unless otherwise indicated. All users must agree to use any supplied material only for lawful purposes. Warranty Every effort is taken to ensure the images and details presented are up-to-date. However, no warranty is given or implied that any Property is available or suitable for the Hiring. The display or provision of images and/or details of a Property do not constitute any part of an offer or contract and are for guidance purposes only. None of the descriptions in the Library nor those provided by any employee of the Agency may be relied upon as statements of fact. All Location Hire is subject to contract, and the Owner reserves the absolute right to refuse a Location Hire without giving a reason. Charges There is no charge for using the Agent's web site. The confirmation of, and usage of any Property will be subject to a booking fee. The location hire fee is separate, and subject to negotiation. All Location Hire charges must be paid in advance of the Production. For some Properties the Hirer may be required to provide a damage deposit prior to the Hire. All booking fees must be paid to the Agent prior to any Location Hire. Public Liability The Hirer must provide on demand proof of adequate Public Liability Insurance prior to entering the Property for the purposes of the Production. Booking Fees and Property details The booking fees apply to one usage of the Property. Subsequent usage will be subject to additional booking fees. All Property contact details and information released by the Agent to the Hirer are confidential and shall be used for the purposes of the Production only and may not be released to any third party under any circumstances unless necessary for the purposes of the Production. Recce photographs taken by a Hirer of a location are for reference use only, and for the sole use of the Production for which they are taken. Liability It is the responsibility of the Hirer to notify other relevant authorities, to notify neighbours and to organize access and parking at the Property and to take any relevant measures to ensure the proper care of the Property during the Hire. We strongly advise all Hirers to undertake a Recce at the Property prior to the signing of any contract. Owners should be aware that a number of Recces may take place by potential Hirers prior to the hire of the Property. The Agent will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the Hire or as a result of Recces prior to the hire and the signing of any formal contract.
